Very friendly 24/7 Support by Chat & a Ticket System for Customers. For Rise of Kingdoms a safe Bot with all features you need. Minus 1 Star because the most important feature, Gathering Gems is very slow. It could be improved a lot.

My 2. year with a little bump
This is my 2. year with GNbots. first year was okay, however Zday hero game had faults that newer was resolved, although I had directly mail correspondence and put a lot of time an effort to make a bug report.
Now 2. year GN5 was introduced, however gathering did only work for 1 day, and and then it stopped working. I have been in contact with staff, they are always nice however nothing happens with the problem, which is vital for the bot. its now been 10 days-

I now have again a functional bot script.
Its a a shame you try to blame the user. I have followed every tiny step, even reinstalled from scratch, switch computer for debugging, reinstalled and uninstalled Memu, even a complete set of new instance TWICE. This problem is not mine, and its not a good thing to communicate how many users you have, cause its not changing the problem. You even wrote in GN5 script that if the fail showed up I should write the support ;) Next bot script with picture is hard however in this case the game hasn't change gathering screen, nor has it change tile images or colors, what the problem was, i really don't know. All together I have been with you for 1 year and it has worked okay with gathering other things did not, and regardless of all the other bot scripts you still managed not to fix it (still on going, however not vital at all for me). Im glad to still be able to use your bot.

Sorry to hear you are having issue with the Zday gather script.
I am looking at your ticket now and I can see where you sent in your logs, we investigated the issue, made the script change on the bot and then pushed the update to fix it.
I now see your new ticket from today stating that you are still getting the same issue on the new version, but not the old version.
Both of these share the exact same scripts, so it is odd that you would have it working on one and not on another.
We already escalated your ticket to be reviewed by the developers - so please rest assured that we are looking into it as fast as we can and will have a reply to your ticket soon.
While it is frustrating when one of the hundreds of scripts offered doesn't work correctly - these games update frequently in which we must also push updates to match their new changes.
With tens of thousands of users running the bot successfully at this very moment - I am confident we can fix that script for you and get you back on track as well.
