Ive been with this company and supported since it started, spending over a 1000 on the bot and accounts. There was a time we actually got support, but as a vip member, and even buying new accounts, I got left to burn. Paid services to install again, bought new accounts, reported day 1 issues; and response is its my system, without even looking back at the system. Same system used with gnbots for years, but they install on top of installs. Sat in discord chat for weeks waiting on a response as Nero just doesnt respond and ignores. I gave this company rave reviews years ago because of his stellar support, I dont know whats happened to the company. At this point buyer beware, your not going to get help, does not matter when you pay for the bot and them to install the bot again, they are not going to be there for you (read other reviews with same problems). Currently Im stuck with 200 in additional services on top of the 1000s in past that are not stable for more than a few hours. I probably should have taken the hint when he kept trying to talk me out of buying extra services. Maybe they need to be in court, about sick of the breach of contracts with an attitude. Old review was August 2024, this is how much downhill its went and how support has gone, 10 years supporting this company means nothing.

Was good for the first 4 months. Month 5 and 6 it force closes and doesnt do anything. They keep telling me its a "me" problem although after they "fix" I dont even touch it other than to check how it's doing. Customer support is beyond sad. I dont think they really know what they are doing

I have been fighting with this program for 2 months. I've done everything recommended, done dozens of fresh installs, watched dozens of instructional videos. It always has one bug or another. It's not the Hyper V or my AV or anything like that. I've worked through all that several times. It's not my hardware. I bought a new computer JUST for this purpose. I monitor my resources, that's not the problem. Even worse, there is no option to leave the bot and emulator running continuously. That is absolutely necessary for MY game. As of my most recent attempt, GNBOT couldn't even recognize the emulator instances that it created itself. Absolute garbage. I have to assume the positive ratings themselves are produced by a bot farm.

WORTHLESS THIS SERVICE, I NEVER RECOOMEND TO PAY A SINLY AMOUNT TO THEM, DONT WASTE MONEY GUYS ON THIS GN BOT.

I was charged $179 for an annual auto renewal subscription with GnBots without receiving any renewal reminder notice. The charge posted, I canceled the same day, and I did not use any of the renewed service period. Support confirmed the cancellation but refused any refund, citing their policy that once a renewal processes, refunds are not granted, even if canceled immediately and unused. PayPal declined the dispute because the billing agreement allowed recurring charges unless canceled before the renewal date. Important for anyone considering this service: the subscription renews automatically and their termination and refund policy is extremely strict. There is no grace period and no flexibility after renewal, even with zero usage. You must cancel well before the renewal date yourself. Like many auto-renew digital services, policy comes first and customer fairness comes second. Do not assume reasonableness or exceptions. Set your own reminders, monitor your billing agreements, and think carefully before subscribing. First and last time for me. I recommend others read the renewal terms closely or avoid altogether. Stay away!

Terrible will take you’re money does not work have tons of video evidence bot does not work zooms out shakes screen will not invest in anything only opens and closes .I’ve looked into legal action for fraudulent products with a cracked digital license key

BEWARE! Customers are not appreciated or valued. I was a long time customer with this company, and had issues with the BOT not working, especially farming, when I brought it to their attention, and asked for a credit, they canceled my service. I never asked them to cancel the service, I sent GNbots a ticket letting them know why I stopped the payment on the renewal payment (problems with the service not working), and it was less than 24 hours of them trying to process the payment that they DELETED not disabled access, I had asked them about fixing the problems, which it seemed like they were addressing, but then they canceled my account anyhow out of what appeared to be retaliation. GNbots service has went downhill a lot, they make very little effort to make sure things are working, GNbots does not care how many instances you have setup or the amount of data you have spent endless hours setting up, no grace period, they are ruthless and insensitive to their customers and the absolute worst at customer service that I have ever seen.

Does not give refunds - will make up fake "evidence" for chargeback requests, even if you cancel 5 min after the email notification that you have been billed. Cancelation procedure makes you go through like 5 pages and then wait on them. Bot has plenty of down time during subscription period. Had to change emulators multiple times. Had to wait days for updates from GNBots. Many weeks of being unable to use their service due to slow fixes. Speaking with their customer support and mentioning multiple times not continuing with services but never was a subscription mentioned. Horrible experience with this company. Billing person is incredibly unprofessional to deal with.
