what a HORRIBLE company - NEVER EVER EVER use them, I have been shipping packages for 12 years, the few times there have been issues have all been with GLS (I keep saying I am not dealing with them again and my software chooses them). The level of incompentency is incredible, they LOSE packages, do not follow up, and there is NO-ONE to talk to, there is no common sense, they do not care, this is a warning to NOT use them ever

Horrible company…my package said delivered even though it wasn’t. Thought it was a mistake but 2 days later still no package. I call them just to find out they don’t service my area. Which is weird why they would say they delivered when they didn’t even attempt to deliver. After days of phone calls I was told my package was at a checkpoint area where I could go and pick it up. I show up to the warehouse and give them the info, wait 20min it’s just to be told they don’t have it. Try and call GLS back, estimated wait time says no longer than 3 min except always still on hold after 30+ min. Hang up try again and same thing, still haven’t been able to get back in touch with them. Horrible experience will never deal with this company again.

A courrier company without tracking updates by email or text message in 2024? Yes folks it's still possible. GLS is apparently proud to continue the tradition of 1980's technology.

Twice in recent weeks I have received a delivery through your company, both times by the same personnel. I have multiple sclerosis and have difficulty answering our door in a timely manner, yet both times your representative patiently waited, giving me the time I needed to get to the door and sign for my parcel. Because of my disability the majority of my purchases are online with doorstep delivery, and I can say without question that your employee is an asset to your company. Courteous, professional, friendly and patient, he stands out in his profession. A+ experience, thank you!

One star is way too many stars, this company is incompetent. Unable to ship a simple package across Canada without losing it and getting Canada Post to solve their mess after two weeks. Useless tracking app that provides no information. Useless customer service that provides no assistance, doesn't return phone calls, and doesn't answer the phone during their hours. And a useless phone messaging service that once you press nine for English, it's still all french. Do not use them, they will lose it.

Lost our envelope with a very large cheque inside! Keep saying they will call us back but never do. This is only the 2nd time I've used GLS...due to becoming a CFIB member...get a small discount but definitely not worth this headache! It is going to be very difficult to get this cheque re-issued and they don't give a care Should have stuck to Purolator!

My shipment was picked up on June 27, and today is July 9, I still haven't received it. If it is by regular post, it would arrive by July 1. Nobody knows what is going on. My husband just track the parcel and it is even not in our city. If there are negative stars to give, I would give -10 stars. The parcel delivery delay is costing us $50 per day. Who is going to compensate us?
