2 failed deliveries. Costumer services can’t get a hold on the delivery guy. They want to get rid of you the fastest possible.

Your delivery is horrible. You cannot rely on them. For a week , I haven’t received my purchase and everyday it says to be delivered today by 8 pm. Until now, not delivered. Called their customer service, promise to be delivered the next day then next week. So horrible experience. Never ever use this courier.

Package delivered in middle of day, no alert as to when package was to be delivered. No one home to receive so tag left on door… then u call to reschedule delivery and they want to charge you $8.00 extra?! On phone for 10min to just schedule to pick up on my own…brutal!

Worst shipping company I ever used. I was sent a small package COD by someone from the same province. They charged me all kinds of overcharges. They also forgot to charge me on delivery, so they sent me two letters dated one week apart which I both received two weeks later (should have gotten them within 5 days?) on the same day. One was $140. and the other was $30. for an unspecified reason. That package would have cost me $23. by UPS.
