GLS CanadaReviews of gls-canada.com

Ya, like everyone else, pretty darn useless. Have had a package sit outside my front door for 3 days now. Happened to check my tracking and it wanted me to select a pick up day and time. Funny thing, I had done this on two other occasions with the same parcel. And I thought Canada Post was bad. GLS brings a whole new level to useless

Seen many negative reviews but i had the opposite experience. tracking was sort of on point with couple of eta delivery time changes. however, i even left a note on my door on where to place the package. to my surprised , they actual read the note and promptly placed where it was instructed. location : montreal.

1 étoile c’est trop. Grosse Lenteur Sale …

It is quite simply the worst shipping company I have ever had to deal with. I strongly advise you to avoid their services if you want to receive your packages on time and without stress. Never do business with them!

Very disappointing delivery service. I placed my order on September 9, and despite the package being picked up and reaching the Toronto area, it was delayed repeatedly. It was marked “Out for Delivery” multiple times but was not delivered, followed by another “Exception” and further delay. Poor communication and unreliable service. This is not the level of service customers should expect.

Horrible service. Livre pas dans les délais promis. Retards sans fin.
