Two weeks to deliver a parcel, to a place that's a 4 hour drive away. Canada post strike or not this is an unacceptable level in ineptitude.

This is the worst of the worst. They don’t answer phones. Give u no options where to pick up your item. Stay away for this company

Ils ne m'éritent aucune étoile. Mon colis est arrivé à leur entrepôt. Ils l'ont en main depuis le 11 décembre, une semaine. J'ai écris à 3 reprise aucun suivi. J'ai tel à deux reprise, ils ne répondent pas au téléphone.

We were waiting for our package which contained 200$ worth of food, it sat in Ottawa for a week without moving. Tried calling several times to follow-up and the line kept hanging up. Today our box with the food was delivered, wrapped in a huge plastic bag because it had clearly spoiled and leaked. Why even deliver it to us now when it's clearly garbage? Just adding insult to injury, as now we have to deal with the mess because nobody there is able to understand the word "perishable".

was waiting for my delivery until 10 pm , woke next morning to see status changed to delivered with signature !!! they simply left it at the door of the building !irresponsible and dishonest !

I had a parcel that was shipped with GLS on November 23, and as of now, it still hasn't been delivered. This has been the worst delivery experience I've ever had. There's no clear communication or updates on the status of my package, and their customer service has been unhelpful. It's frustrating and unacceptable for a delivery to take this long without any resolution. I would not recommend GLS to anyone based on this experience.

"Attempted Delivery" notice was left on my door, but no attempt was actually made. Everyone was home and we know for a fact the delivery driver did not ring the bell or knock on the door. Now it is my responsibility to track GLS down to find my package? No indication where it is being held, or where I might have to go to get my package. Just a slip that says *I* have to contact GJS and that my package will only be held for 5 days. I am currently on the phone (the only number that was left on the delivery slip) and have been waiting 55 minutes so far just to speak to someone. This is insanity.
