I would give a zero if I could
I would give a zero if I could. They Have lost my package, 30 minutes from my home. It took less time for the package to get from Japan to the US to Canada then it did for them to lose my package that is apparently "sitting at their warehouse". Not only do they know zero information about their own company and it's processes but the customer service rep today literally told me "we hire temporary drivers over the holidays, we haven't seen your package in a week, so the logic is the temporary driver has your package and we unfortunately don't have any contact information for the temporary drivers" so I confirmed and she said yes, they give peoples packages out to people without even having a name or phone number for them in their system. 3 days ago, a different customer service rep told me they had my physical package and would be delivered by Monday (yesterday) and so when I called (today) Tuesday to just switch to pick-up, I was informed they haven't seen my package since Jan 31? So what is it? How GLS has continued to be a legal business, not sure but they most definitely are either scamming people or all the employees that work in this company world wide are sharing a singular braincell.
