I bought the eyeliner, (that shipped to Sweden in 4-5 days, really fast!) and I wasn't happy with it, it felt dry and didn't have much color payoff. So I contacted their customer service, got a fast reply, within hours. They helped me and sent a new eyeliner and refunded me 100%. It's rare with this good customer service, you can really tell how much they care about the quality on their products and about their costumer. I have a lot of Glossier products and can't wait to buy even more!

I've bought from glossier twice now, the first time I just wanted to try out their cloud paint - which I was a little weary about considering it's a 'cream' type blush and I'd never tried them. After trying them I absolutely fell in love with the brand! The shipping was quick, I wasn't missing any items, and although it took a little while to perfect my application of the product it became a staple in my daily makeup routine! "Puff" Cloud Paint is the perfect everyday light pink blush for light skin tones as it's not overwhelming and is easy to apply (I will suggest that you be careful what type of foundation you use as a base because as it's cream it will mix with any mineral type foundation, which is less appealing than a liquid or cream foundation). The second purchase I made I bought the foundation/concealer pack as well as the brow flick and "balm dotcom". I received the order quickly, but I had received a second "balm dotcom" instead of the foundation that I ordered - I contacted the glossier team through email and they replied within an hour to ask me for my order number and to inquire if anything else was missing. They sent me the foundation and I got it within 2 days of emailing them, and they let me keep the accidental balm dotcom! The glossier team was super kind, understanding, helpful, and quick with replying as well as shipping! I'll definitely be purchasing again. A quick foundation/concealer review; I have oily skin and the concealer doesn't move at all if I wear it by itself - the foundation is the perfect buildable foundation while still making my skin look makeupless!

Amazing customer service and high quality products. This company exemplifies what customer service should be. I’ve been buying glossier since May 2018 and it’s taken over my beauty regime. The makeup is perfect for day to day, wearable looks. The skincare is not my favourite but balmdotcom and the solution are great. The are a little on the pricey side but I think you get what you pay for.
