Really enjoying Glossier products! The exfoliation solution gives such a nice glow to my skin and is much more gentle than typical exfoliating products. I also like the jelly milk cleanser for a gentle cleanser. The cloud paints are super cute and buildable. Definitely going to be purchasing more. The delivery time was about 10 days which I don't think is too bad considering the current situation. Their customer service is excellent! Jeg elsker Glossier og har efterhånden købt en del produkter fra deres webside. Forleden opdagede jeg, at tubeindpakningen på én af deres flydende blushes var ved at gå op, selvom den var næsten ny og nærmest ikke brugt. Jeg tog et billede og sendte en mail til deres kundeservice. De svarede efter få timer (på en lørdag!) med en undskyldning og arrangerede prompte, at jeg fik tilsendt en ny blush, free of charge. Ingen bøvl, ingen lange svartider, kun effektivitet og hjælpsomhed - dét er fiseme god kundeservice!

I absolutely love the formula used for the sky wash eye shadow. It's smooth and powdery allows for easy application and virtually no mess up. That's the 3 stars alone as makeup can be challenging at times. However, Pebble color has zero color payoff. (- 1 star) That was a total waste of money because it honestly dissolved right into the skin. I will say Valley is where it starts to actually show color in their selection. It's slightly tinted however and I have fair skin. Also, why allow the selection of a free sample at checkout if you're not actually going to send the sample with purchase? Sort of frustrated me as samples is usually how we first judge whether to buy full-size products. (-1 star)

Ordered a product on line, shipping was quick but expensive. My product was well packaged A+ for that. Sadly I only got 1 sticker and no samples which makes me upset considering I spent 24$ on a lip balm. Now let’s talk about the product itself, birthday cake balm dot calm. Gave very little of the product itself, very hard to squeeze out but it does work well and smell like heaven. MAKE YOUR DUMB LIP BALM BIGGER!

Great service, my address was incorrect and they've sent me a replacement package. Tammie and Taylor in customer service were excellent! I can't rate this experience enough!
