I accidentally ordered the wrong thing, so I emailed glossier to ask for an exchange. I got a reply almost straight away and I was told that I couldn’t exchange because it had been an hour but they would send me a new product free of charge! They were very kind and very polite excellent customer service :)) Thankyou so much glossier 💗

Perfect customer service! They're helpful, friendly, efficient and generous - cannot recommend this brand enough. I also love their products as they're very minimalist, user friendly and skin-like if their aesthetic appeals to you.

I'm excited every single time I order from Glossier. Delivery is always reasonably prompt and everything is packaged so well. Their referral program is one of the best I've used, and I'm glad to have been able to send my friends to make purchases from Glossier in full confidence that they'll love everything they buy. Products are always such high quality, and so easy to use - as well as looking super cute! The only negative I have to say is a word of warning. I promise that you'll get addicted the second you receive your first order, so buy at your own risk! 😂

After hearing so much about Glossier I decided to give them a try, I ordered the Milky Cleanser, Lipgloss and samples. I am very impressed with the quality of the products and how long they last, I've been using the cleanser now for two months and I'm only half way through the bottle. The packages came in the cutest little box with stickers and a free bubblewrap makeup pouch which I love.

Okay so this brand has SAVED MY LIFE. For years I’ve tried to keep up with makeup trends (I’m not very good at it) and I’m never happy or comfortable with how I felt in loads of makeup, but Glossier enhances my natural face and makes me feel amazing in my own skin I haven’t worn foundation in months because their products are really that good. I have the cloud paint in puff (and I have olive skin) and it looks incred. Drop them a message on Instagram and they’ll help you with a shade, I love them that much I’m buying all the other colours. The eye brow flick pen (I can’t even) has made me go from over filled and blocky eyebrows (I’m not very good at makeup) to brows that look like they’ve been micro-bladed! I’m not even joking random people have come up to me to complement my eyebrows. Thank you so much! UK BUYER.
