GlossierReviews of glossier.com

Elsker Glossier.

Absolutely brilliant customer service! Not only are the products excellent for my sensitive skin - natural ingredients with no perfume - they are cruelty free, reasonably priced and work! What will really keep me a long term customer is their customer service. I chose next day delivery and, because it was one day late, they refunded the total cost of postage and emailed me personally to let me know. Normally with companies like this, like The Body Shop for example, you have to wait around ten days for the products to arrive and, if anything is wrong with the order, you have to chase it up yourself. I am immensely impressed.

I made my first order a few days ago with all the deals on offer. My order arrived day nice & quick and in a cute little package. Unfortunately upon opening the goodies there was a cleanser that had been damaged in delivery and spilled. The rest of the products were lovely. I’m really excited to wear a lighter look of just the skin tint. Anyway, I contacted the team and sent a photo of the cleanser and they were so friendly and helpful and sorted it out so quickly. Really nice products and it’s so much better when the customer service team are lovely and helpful. Thank you Kaci! I also work for people who have Trustpilot so I know it’s nice to see your name dropped lol.

Ordered Ultralip in Portrait, which is supposed to be a soft pink. It is bright orange! Looks nothing like the colour advertised. So very disappointed as it is my first purchase.

I’ve only tried a handful of Glossier products, and I’ve really enjoyed all of them. They are on the pricier side, but the serums last quite a long time and do what they’re advertised to do. Also, amazing customer service! They give fast responses and are insanely accommodating.

Amazing customer service. I ordered several products, there was an issue with one and Shawnna was super helpful and offered me to replace the item. Also, everything else I’ve tried is lovely: I bought the sample size of the milky jelly cleanser and now I ordered the full size one and one for my mother. It’s super gentle and it has a smell that’s very particular but I love it. I also love the cleansing concentrate, the balm dotcom and the boy brow is great. I’ll be trying more products. The packaging is very cute too.

I love the scent of their hand cream and the perfume is delightful, however, it just doesn’t last. I find within an hour at the most, the scent has just gone. Which is a shame because it’s such a gorgeous scent.

Amazing products and customer service. Wasn't sure about one of the products I'd ordered and got a response and a refund within 30 minutes! Obviously, I'm ordering more. Encouraging to see a company managed by someone with a brain!
