GlobeInReviews of globein.com

I think the whole concept of Globin is wonderful. I love that they find Artisans al over the world and purchase their products so we can get them. I also love that they use recycled paper to protect the items in your package. I will continue to get their items for months and months to come.

I had always had a good experience with Globein. When the pandemic hit, i wasn’t surprised about the delays in shipping. The whole world was turned upside down. I have had a couple of broken items but Globein has always replaced them. This last shipment was really well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The only negative is that it is hard to keep track of when the subscription expires. Mine renewed for another year because i miscalculated the expiration date.

They charged me money without authorization (renewed charge without notification and would not refund my money even after I contacted them multiple times.

EVERYHING WAS FINE HOWEVER, I NEED TO CANCEL FUTURE SHIPMENTS! I HAVE AN OVERLOAD AND ALMOST 90 YEARS OLD. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF MY CANCELLATION.

I received a 6-month subscription as a Christmas gift and what was supposed to be a way to travel the world and give back to local artisans during a pandemic was met with miscommunication, misleading marketing, and delays from the company. It took over a month with no communication to receive my 1st and 2nd subscription boxes. Around that time, I received an email from the founder of the company letting all subscription holders know they have let us down and have hired new warehousing staff to hopefully correct the problem. I really appreciated that email and was hopeful it would get better. While the items have been shipping out sooner than a 1-month delay, the communication is still misleading - they send you multiple emails a month to try and upsell you - which is no different than most companies, but it's not clear what you've already selected, so if you double choose an item, you get charged and they have no remorse to cancel your order and refund you - even though you've not received your items yet. The selection is also very sparse and repeats itself on a monthly basis. Lastly, when the 6 months was up, without any notification, they extended the membership another 6 months. The gift giver immediately reached out to try and cancel, because the service has not been as expected, and the company is refusing to cancel the service. I do not recommend working with this service, which is really unfortunate.

I have loved everything I have received. The items are beautiful and unique. The artistry is phenomenal. I'm so excited to get my next box. I feel like I'm sending myself a present each month and I love it.

The popcorn bowl was beautiful but broken on delivery. Very quick response

I received the Bathe Box this month and I couldn’t be more thrilled! The towels are amazingly thirsty in a smaller package. These will be awesome to take to the beach. The little silk face washer is the hidden jewel in the package; I wasn’t sure I would be a fan but it is FANTASTIC! I haven’t used the soap yet, but it smells heavenly. The basket is natural colour without any pattern, so will fit in any room or colour palette. Everything was packaged well - I live in the Arctic and packages often arrive from other companies either bashed in or unsealed. My GlobeIn box arrived looking like it was just packed on my porch! All in all, this was a wonderful experience!!!!
