SURPRISE!
I look forward to receiving my surprise box every month. I never know what will be in it, so it's like Christmas every month! I am never disappointed and have embellished my home with many beautiful, artisanal pieces. I've ordered many things from the website as well and am never disappointed. I get tons of compliments on the many items I display. Best subscription box around and because all the items are fair trade,I know that my purchases benefit artisans around the globe and help them achieve fair value for their work.

Great costumer service as always
Great costumer service as always. They are fast to answered any questions, and also when I contacted them because I haven't not received an item they sent it to me really fast .

No mail for me!
I joined GlobeIn months ago, have not received a single box. I did a 3 month subscription and all of the money has been deducted from my bank account but I have not received one item. I have sent emails with no response. Very unhappy.

This company is a scam!
This company is a scam! They only sent me 3 of the 6 monthly boxes that I paid for. I sent multiple emails and they did not respond. Do NOT buy!

A work in progress
Initially when I joined it was great. Then went downhill. Items arrived months late and almost every items packed poorly and something would be broken or items cancelled. This month I could not be happier. You finally listened to us and are trying. I need a few months of this increased care before I can recommend.

Love this company
Love this company, their mission, and the products. The app can be a bit hard to navigate and understand, but they seem to be making improvements so I’m hopeful it will be easier to use in the future

I have been a member for over a year…
I have been a member for over a year and am always excited to see what is in my Globein box! I usually let them choose what I receive and have only gotten a duplicate box once.
