Dear Global Service Team, I am very pleased with the way you have kept me informed throughout my application process. I truly appreciate your consideration and clear communication. I look forward to receiving my new Global Entry card. Thank you again for your excellent service.

At my age I'm not computer genius. But this site was simple and easy to navigate and only took a few minutes.

I thought they were TSA. I was misled by the us subdomain. Their telephone number makes you wait and then hangs up after 15 minutes or it is busy. Please stay away from this company.

Dear John, Global Traveler is a private application assistance company, not TSA or a U.S. government agency. Our website address does not indicate government affiliation. Our service is optional, and travelers may apply directly through official enrollment channels. Our records confirm that your TSA PreCheck interview was scheduled and that your payment was subsequently returned through your card issuer’s dispute process. We also recognize your concern about reaching us by phone. If you need clarification about the appointment or payment outcome, please email [email protected] with “Trustpilot – John Banister” in the subject line. Global Traveler Customer Support

I’m so pleased with this company! It was simple, fast and professional. They were so attentive and very quick with their responses and updates with my process. In two days I was able to complete the renewal of my global entry and was worth every penny as I was so busy with my own work load. I greatly appreciate their assistance in resolving my renewal as I fly out of country very frequently and had not even noticed my global entry was expired. So they really saved the day! Yay!! Thank you!!

I booked a reservation online for TSA Precheck, and they responded right away with an appointment. I had a question regarding changing it, and they again responded, twice, within five minutes!! Great job guys and gals!! Now, if you could only take over for my health insurer!

Dear Mark, we take your concern seriously. Global Traveler is an independent, private company offering paid application assistance. We are not affiliated with the U.S. government, and using our services is optional. Our records show several follow-up emails from our team, but we have not been able to establish two-way communication. We would like to understand what led to your review and address it directly. Please call (407) 641-3729 or email [email protected] with “Trustpilot – Mark Falk” in the subject line. If our earlier messages did not reach you, we can verify your contact details and clarify the next steps. Global Traveler Customer Support

I had a great experience! The process to renew was simple. The most valuable part was receiving feedback and a request for additional information quickly. Most of all, I am grateful that my application was approved.

The Global Entry support team was excellent in terms of rapid response, helpful guidance in finding the appropriate numbers that I needed to report ( Order #) and was immensely helpful, professional and cordial in the email responses! I deeply appreciate their devotion to our country and their dedicated service!
