I sell on Etsy a lot, and Global post lost lots of international packages going to Canada during the canada post office strike. However, they did not take liability of any lost packages. I ship with Shipstation and ALWAYS try to change all Etsy shippings from global post to UPS that go to Canada. They arrive quicker and sometimes even same price or cheaper (in the lower areas of Canada, close to the border)

Do not use this company or any business that relies on it. My package, ordered from the business "Ergonomic Touchpad" (web links are not allowed here) to Germany via USPS, has still not moved after almost a month. I did get a response from their customer service: wait another two weeks, then maybe you can contact the shipper and ask for a refund. Update from 13 February: After much complaining (by the shipper and myself), the parcel left Carol Stream on 12 February (the day they were called) and is now with USPS in Chicago. Apart from holding my package for so long, they also claimed the shipping information was incomplete. Apparently they got confused by the format of my German address which differs from that used by American addresses (the house number is written after the street name). Needless to say, this should not happen to a postal service. Someone (I do not know who exactly) even claimed that my parcel was already in Germany, since it was normal for the tracking not to be updated! The business "Ergonomic Touchpad" has also promised not use GlobalPost in the future. Further update: My parcel moved quickly in the following days, and was in Germany on 15 February. The shipper has also informed me that GlobalPost had contacted him, but he failed to read their email and did not notice this until 10 days later. On 20 February, I finally got my parcel after paying its customs duty.

Boy. am I SORRY I chose you for a shipper! This package was supposed to arrive at its destination in 8 days. It is now been 17 days and I believe it is lost. I would like the package returned to the sender or me immediately so I can find a shipper that will get it to its destination. I am reversing the charges or canceling the payment for shipping on this item. Furthermore, I am also leaving you a one-star review on Google. NEVER again with GlobalPost.

I live in apartment block, they did not notify of delivery, it was delivered and left without my knowledge and then was stolen. Why would you leave it in an unsafe space???? If you can, don’t use this delivery service. I personally would not give them any stars.

Ordered item from US to be shipped internationally. started tracking on 12th Dec with Globalpost. Little or no updates so have contacted the seller who has spoken to a global post rep several times. delay is due to ‘volume’ they say. Package sat in Illinois for over 3 weeks and tracking info has miraculously begun updating again. I’m not holding my breath for its arrival…. This is a completely unreliable company falsely advertising services that they are not delivering on. Do not Use!!!

No tracking, no customer service, no anything. Shocked that Shipstation reccomended these guys.

A scam! Asked for a refundable £100 then asked for a refundable £150 for the stamps. Then said the parcel missed the plane so another refundable £100 required. At this point, I put it down as a bad lot and told them to stick it! DO NOT USE!!!!

If I could do No stars I would. Thank goodness for UPS they got the package to me no problem. These clowns lost it
