I ordered a bunk bed from WIOLEE and Global postal was suppose to deliver. The purchase was May 12 and I have not seen the order since then. I get excuses and they said they delivered but they didn’t. Both of these companies are totally unreliable and their items are a scam! DO NOT buy from them and expect to see your merchandise. AND I can’t get a refund out of them.

GlobalPost стверджували, що передали відправлення FedEx, але FedEx офіційно відповів, що в їхній системі немає жодного скану цього відправлення. Менеджер (Ганна Уральська) і підтримка довго не відповідали, відповіді приходили з великими затримками та без документів. Керівництво потім повідомило, що вважатиме посилку «втраченою», але не надало жодних накладних, актів передачі, номерів внутрішніх заяв чи відеопідтверджень. Це неприпустимо. Компанія фактично викрала посилку. ------ Extremely negative experience. On 09/22/2025 I paid for shipping to the USA. GlobalPost claimed that they had transferred the shipment to FedEx, but FedEx officially replied that there was no scan of this shipment in their system. The manager (Anna Uralskaya) and support did not respond for a long time, the responses came with long delays and without documents. The management then said that they would consider the parcel "lost", but did not provide any invoices, transfer certificates, internal application numbers or video confirmations. This is unacceptable. The company actually stole the parcel.

Absolutely zero complains! Envelope delayed little bit but customer service helped a lot!

I waited for 6 months now. My package never arrived but they said they have delivered and signed by recipient. There is no proof and tracking site says delivered. I demanded refund from the online supplier (Moontio), another scam site. Do not buy from Moontio or use Global Postal. Its a scam.

package was supposed to be shipped express but it has been anything but. Slow, tracking info is useless and zero confidence that shipment will arrive.

Ordered a small item from a retailer in Montana to be delivered to Alberta, literally right above Montana. However it was sent to New Jersey and is very slowly making its way back west. Took two days to go from Indianapolis to Chicago! Terrible service.

We are a 30+ year old company.....since the addition of GlobalPost via the USPS we have seen a marked decline in service. In fact package delivery has become so unreliable (either no delivery or literally 3-4 weeks for domestic or sometimes up to 2 months for international!) that we have now stopped using the USPS entirely. We now do all our shipping with UPS.

Delivered to wrong address. Didn’t even leave it at their door. Left it on walkway in front of their property where people walk all day. Cameras show they didn’t even try to find my place.
