First package through them took around a month. FedEx takes about a week. My second package has had no update for 3 weeks and there customer service is an ai chatbot and there phone no doesn't work Would not recommend to anyone.

I have stopped using Global Post. It is not a viable service. Over a year they have lost 8 packages from just myself. Where do all of the lost packages go?? Every package has a shipping label with an address and tracking that has been delivered to a Global Post facility by USPS. Extremely incompetent service. The service is a scam. They take your money and throw your package in the trash.

I had a horrible experience using GlobalPost. Their service is unreliable, caused significant delays, returned packages and missing packages. I would highly recommend looking for alternative shipping carriers. I will not be using them again.

Shipment from USA to Europe, USPS First Class Mail International. Globalpost needed 8 days to get it to USPS. 6 days in the same state, 4 days in South Hackensack...Somebody needs to take a look at logistics.

I used GLOBAL POSTAL in Italy, in Monterosso in the Cinque Terre, on August 15, 2026, and let me tell you, it is an absolutely appalling and pathetic service. The postcards still haven’t arrived, even though Italy is only two hours away from Paris. I would even go so far as to say that it is a rip-off, because you pay for the stamps and the postcards, and they simply never reach their destination. I fully intend to report this to the Italian postal authorities, as many tourists are being ripped off in the same way. It’s an absolute disgrace! Les cartes ne sont pas encore arrivées alors que l'Italie est à 2heures de Paris. Je dirai même que c'est du vol car vous achetez les timbres et les cartes postales, et jamais elles n'arriveront à destination. Je compte bien le faire remonter aux services Postaux italiens car de nombreux touristes se font avoir. C'est une honte!

Tell us they are working on the hang-up at the handoff facility, then did not update us further. 3-4 weeks time has passed now. Have only issued refunds for 2 packages.
