I would keep it simple by simply stating what they are, INEPT! If senduing, select someone else, anything with a heartbeat will be an improvement. If recieving, cancel your order immediately and let whoever is sending to select another company to send. Let them know it will save them the amount of times they will have to reply to you seeking wtf the parcel is

Don't ever use Globalpost! I was bait-and-switched while using stamps.com to send two packages to Canada. BOTH were lost and they won't refund me or pay me for the claims I filed even though it states "Eligible" on the stamps.com website! On May 13 2025 I had no idea I was switched from USPS to Globalpost. My customers began contacting me after 10 days of the packages not arriving. Normally USPS Flat Rate Global takes about 10 days. I tried to track it and it had no further scans beyond customs on May 17. On May 23rd, I called Global Post and they told me that packages don't get scanned after customs and that I should not worry that my package is already in Canada. Another week passed and the packages still hadn't arrived so I had to send NEW packages on May 30th. I tried to file claims with Global Post on May 31st and received 2 emails back stating "GlobalPost Claims are only processed and approved after 30 (calendar) days from the ship date." So I waited until 31 days of non-delivery, I filed a claim and it was DENIED "GlobalPost Claims are only processed and approved for shipping services that include a GlobalPost tracking event to the final destination." However when I logged into my stamps.com account the package is "Eligible" under the Global Advantage Program, maximum amount of $75. Also, the price for Global Post was $23.85 and USPS Internatioal Priority is $29.66! Not much of a savings for such a terrible service.

I have a mail forwarding service that forwards my US mail to me internationally. I always have the mail sent using USPS International Priority Mail. My mail forwarder uses a service provided by Endicia, a subsidiary of Stamps.com, for label printing and handling the shipping. Endicia appears to be a corrupt company as rather than ship my package USPS International Priority Mail they shipped it with Globalpost which is about 33% cheaper. Endicia billed my mail forwarder full USPS price and kept the savings without notifying him. He claims the only way he can detect it was sent using Globalpost is by looking at the tracking number supplied by Endicia. If it starts with the letters CY, it shipped using Globalpost. There were 3 other shipments that day that we're supposed to ship USPS that shipped GlobalPost. 2 days earlier the same thing happened and all USPS packages shipped using GlobalPost. If you order something and it shipped USPS priority mail and the tracking number starts with CY you have likely been cheated on the cost of shipping. The tracking updates on the USPS site will show Global post as the shipping partner. GlobalPost is not part of USPS. They are separate company and they can ship cheaper because they are a mail consolidator. They consolidate your package with others so they can be sent together and get cheaper rates. They way they do business is very deceiving. My package that was supposed to be sent using USPS International Priority Mail with 6-10 day delivery has now been sitting at a GlobalPost consolidation center for 18 days. It hasn't left the US yet. It will likely take almost a month to receive this package.

They rufusing to deliver package. This quote from their own support shows how impossible the situation is... "Niels, we acknowledge that you have already attached a file detailing the contents of the package. However, as per the directives from our higher department, the facility is still retaining the package; it remains on hold pending a more comprehensive description. As soon as you provide this information, we'll get it ready and expedite this for international shipment and create a new tracking number for the final mile carrier for delivery. Thank you for your patience during this time." I mean christ... I have never met any service ask for things like this. A good advice: DONT USE GLOBAL POST

Don't ever use! I was supposed to receive my parcel from USPS Priority Mail International. Instead USPS switched my package to this cheaper Globalpost service without telling me or the sender. I consider that an underhanded switch amounting to theft. Globalpost lost my parcel the moment it got on board a plane to Australia, if it ever really did, which I doubt. They state on their tracking website that the final delivery will be made by DAI in Australia. But on inquiry, DAI denied any responsibility and referred me to Australia Post. Australia Post tracking does show the parcel being cleared for departure in New York on Feb 4, but nothing more. It is obvious they have lost my parcel. Complain to Globalpost and they give you the runaround and essentially know nothing, then they tell you to ask the sender to put in a claim. The claim process takes a very long time. You might as well pack your parcel on the back of a camel and set it loose. The chances of getting your parcel delivered and on time would probably be much better than what Globalpost are presently able to achieve. UPDATE: The sender of my package in the United States has informed me that his claim for compensation on the lost parcel has been denied.

How is this POS company still in business? They have lost every single package I've sent.
