Worse shipping company ever. They have lost 2 packages in a row. You call customer service and they straight up lie about the status and give fake tracking numbers. I’ve called their CS 3 times and was told my package is in 3 different countries. They take no accountability in their errors and no follow up as promised from their escalation department. I would not recommend their company at all.

Two parcels shipped US to Mexico June 5 haven't arrived July 27. The last tracking info says the items left the US June 12. GlobalPost told me by phone that the items were in Mexico, but the system wasn't set up to show it online. This from a "logistics" company. I've already been refunded after a credit card dispute, so the loss belongs to the product shipper. Why do they do business with this laughingstock? There are reports of this going back years.

Absolutely rubbish. Tracking crap. Ordered a parcel from USA. Apparently parcel reached UK no record of it coming into Heathrow Emailed them twice. Usual spiel not helpful. Gave a Royal mail tracking number which can't track.

International postal service that is absolutely horrible. I used them through endicia.com. the packages I sent were either returned to me with no explanation or sat in a warehouse for 6-12 weeks before being delivered. NEVER SEND ANYTHING IMPORTANT THROUGH GLOBALPOST. Also their customer service is as bad and their delivery record. Just an awful experience.
