took 3 weeks to get my glasses when they said only 7 days .. i called them twice and noone would give me any info very displeased

I received a pair of prescription sunglasses which obviously were wrong as I could hardly see out of them. The prescription was off by a mile. So I contacted Global Eyeglasses over and over to initiate a return and refund. They ignored every email I sent. Finally I decided to let it go since the glasses only cost $20-something. But I'd think twice before buying from this company for sure.

TOOK TWICE AS LONG AS ANY OTHER GLASSES I HAVE ORDERD. PRESCRIPTION WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE. FRAME WAS NOT LEVEL . DID NOT HAVE THE THIN LENS THAT I PAYED EXTRA FOR. SO FAR THE COMPANY HAS NOT GIVEN ME A REFUND AFTER I RETURNED THEM THE NEXT DAY WITH PROPER RMA. 7/13 UPDATE AFTER THREE WEEKS I GOT A REFUND ONLY AFTER I OPENED A DISPUTE WHITH MY CREDIT CARD!!!

Beautiful, lightweight, pair of glasses. However, I need ro have them adjusted to my very thin nose bridge.

Is the a conversion tale to inches? Took a little longer than normal to receive product!

I ordered two pair glasses on 6/4/12. Had to make a few inquiries as to where they were as usually, you ship right away. Got them today 7/6/12. Also, your site used to feature glasses under $14 but now it seems that's the cheapest pairs available. Perhaps that was just the selection you had at the time? I definitely will continue to order my glasses from you. I paid $49 for two pairs including shipping so I think that is still a good deal.

It's well made, and very suitable for my big head.

Love the glasses, the price, and the variety. Will never go back to $300 glasses from the doctor.
