This is our third order with global eyeglasses and overall quality and price has been pretty good. The only problem has been slow delivery of their products once you order. I entered an order for 2 pairs of basic eyeglasses ( No bifocals ) on April 24th and it didn't ship until Friday May 2nd! When I called to track the shipment they said one of their Lab Machines broke down and that was the cause for my delay. I guess the old business motto is true : " Great service, quality, or price. You only get to pick ( 2 ) !

It took close to a month to receive the eyeglasses and that is simply too long. The mailing process is particularly flawed. The eyeglasses themselves appear to be what was expected.

Ordered glasses online. When they arrived I realized that the hinges do not flex out, which on another pair of Global Eyeglasses led to their breakage very early on. I thought there should be the standard for hinges on the glasses and was disappointed that this was not the case.

Overall, the glasses I purchased from Global Eyeglasses were great. They were all good quality. However, I had to return a pair because they were too small even though the website had said they would fit. (The website allows you to input your current measurements to see what will fit.) I had to email the company to get the return info too because their form online didn't work at all. Anyway, I also ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses. Now that I have them, they are awesome! However, it was several weeks after I ordered that the company finally contacted me and said my initial pair were held up in customs. They offered to cancel and refund my order or remake my order with a 15% discount off my purchase price. It was frustrating having to wait so long, but since I had already received my daily prescription glasses, I didn't mind waiting. So, needless to say, I might consider ordering from this company again.

The glasses I bought were very inexpensive but of low quality. I doubt they will last more than a year. Also, the picture on the website was not completely accurate--the glasses look different in real life.
