I ordered glasses, GREAT PRICE! Only thing is, THEY NEVER GOT DELIVERED!! I received a couple emails of how they have been shipped out. Then received 2 emails from Global Eyeglasses stating "The package (not delivered) is not showing tracking in United States Postal Service". At this point, no refund, no glasses. My account on their website states "order complete". I don't THINK SO! BUYER BEWARE !!!!

It took more than a week to actually ship my order, then when it actually "shipped" I come to find - a week later - that the package was either lost or never shipped to begin with. Just terrible. If I can't receive this item before I leave for vacation Thursday, I'm going to request a refund and make sure that no one I know EVER does business with this company again.

Great prescription glasses at a great price

This is the first time I have ever ordered glasses online, and I will admit I was worried, I read several bad reviews yet the ratio was still high enough for me to overlook the bad after all no one is perfect :) First off customer service has been very helpful they really do try. My prescription has a Prism, this cost a additional charge of $19 which I have no problems with at all, the problem is the site doesn't charge you, it is not added you have to call and provide your credit card information to be billed separately, only problem is that you don't get the proper discount and because I have to do it separately it prevents me from getting free shipping and I couldn't get the buy 1 get 1 at 1/2 off deal either :( Because of their system NOT listing a prism charge I paid $40-$45 MORE and 1 pair of glasses LESS just because of a Prism correction, I feel like I'm Prism Punished. Also because I had to contact them for the additional charge my order was delayed. I'm also greatly concerned that my glasses will be incorrect because the "prescription form" doesn't have a way for me to input the different pupil distances for near and far.. I of course gave the customer service the information. I am very sad that my order, which I placed June 20th will not be ready for me to see the fireworks on the 4th of July, as promised I don't mind waiting a LITTLE longer as long as they are made proper. I am most unhappy that I was not able to get the discounts everyone else gets, just because the online billing system doesn't account for Prism corrections (I tried calling the number provided, to order by phone, but strangely no matter what time of the day I called, I could NOT get an answer). After a week I just did as advised by live chat, and ordered online. Because of it I couldn't get the sunglasses I wanted or utilize the Buy 1 get the 2nd at 1/2 off (BOGO50)...For the price I paid I would of had the sunglasses I really wanted and 2 pairs of regular glasses and to add insult to injury, I paid a considerable amount more than I should have. You might be wondering why I gave 4/5 stars considering the issues, well I will explain, I don't mind waiting because quality glasses take time, and the employees are always pleasant, helpful and courteous. Lastly, I must say that if it wasn't for your company I wouldn't have been able to afford glasses, so my deepest THANKS! PLEASE PLEASE ADD PRISM CORRECTION CHARGES TO YOUR BILLING SYSTEM...pretty please :)

Easy to use! My glasses arrived quickly, and are perfect!

Ordered item with very high negative powers, I am pleased that the lens came out edge polished well to hide the thickness. I have tried other online company but I ended up return them. Global eyeglasses has great craftsmanship.
