Bridge fits perfectly on my nose, as it is customised for me.My experience with Payne Glasses was excellent

I bought a pair of glasses in June. As I was driving X-country I asked they be shipped July 12. It is now July 28 and no glasses. Moreover their phone line is constantly busy in customer service and no response to 4 emails asking why a tracking number was issued but the glasses were not given to DHL. I cannot comment on the quality of the frames but customer service surely is lacking and rude in as much as no responses to my mail.

Did business with this company for years. Their customer service was never good but the price was right. Last time out they sent me a RA for replacement or repair then never returned my glasses or issued a credit. They have turned into a rip off, best to avoid.

Try to getting a job with them. Was not hired cause i lived 30 mins away. They normal hire with in the company

Love the variety and great quality lenses. Will definitely be ordering a pair for my wife as well!
