I paid a little more for my glasses than I might have on other online sites, but other sites did not have a selection that fit my needs. I have a small head and need petite frames that will accommodate bifocals. Other sites had just one frame in my size. Global eyeglasses had a wide selection. I got some nice glasses. The prescription is accurate, and the service was timely (shipping was a little slow), and I saved money over buying locally. I would do business again.

I have just received three pairs of eyeglasses from Global Eyeglasses. The prescription is absolutely right on! I have worn all three for days now with perfect eyesight and no headaches (I am nearsighted and have astigmatism). The quality of the glasses is really nice. They are well built and "look" expensive. The price is just wonderful. I got 3 pairs for $132!

I ordered a pair of sungalsses from Global Eyeglasses. A day or so later, I noticed a sale, so I emailed and asked them if they could apply the sale price to my order. In the meantime I tried to check the tracking option they provided to see how far away my glasses were...it didnt work, so I sent them an email to find out why... and recieved no response. I sent another email to find whats going on, and where is my order? ...once again no response. Finally after posting a comment saying i would not recomend them...17 days later I get this email asking my opinion?!! Then a day or so later a response to my original one about the sale price. they said they would NOT apply the sale price...and still no response about where my glasses are!?? I still dont have them nor have I recieved any confirmation as to where they are or even if they were sent out at all !!?? I will never use this site again!! July 16 - Update, received glasses which were not the ones I ordered. They also had lots of very noticeable flaws in the lenses, I contacted Global today...Lets see how long for a reply...

I ordered one pair of glasses from Global Eyeglasses,just to see how well their workmanship was,being that their prices were so low.I mean compare to the optical places I went to. They arrived and I was so please and surprised! I have recommended them to everyone I know that wears lenses. If you are thinking about ordering from Global Eyeglasses please think no more,this is the only place to order your glasses and be perfectly satisfied.If your children lose their glasses often,this is the place to get the replacements. I am ordering my second pair of glasses from them,and my Rx sunglasses. The customer service is great,I tell you, it gets no better then them. Thank You Global Eyeglasses-A very satisfied customer.

The quality of the product is wonderful. The ordering process simple. And even after a glitch where my order got lost in processing, they made a quick recovery and got my product to me posthaste. I'm thrilled with my new glasses and will order from them again.

MY SUNGLASSES WERE EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED, THE PRESCRIPTION WAS PERFECT. IT DID TAKE A LITTLE LONGER ON SHIPPING THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD, BUT OTHER WISE I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY GLASSES.

called two weeks ago they said they would be shipped that weds this was on a monday got a email saying they where shipped on that friday but wasnt my order # tryed to track the usps nothing would every come up oon there site, again i emaile a the live chat person (danielle) she said that order had been shipped that i had the confirmation on and was delivered in some othe town and state , i then sent her my order #on my dashboard and she said they were waiting on usps to pick them up and didnt know when that would happen now i wandering if i had made the right coice shopping here i have ordered fron zenni and never had this promblem had glass in less than two weeks im thinking my prescription may change before i receive them or get them at all as of this date 7/10/12 still know anymore than when i ordered them

I like a lot of other folks have never ordered my perscription eyeglasses online. After getting my new script I figured why not try... thank God for this company. I not only got my new glasses pretty timely (had a couple of days longer to wait because of my lenses (have bifocals)). I got a very inexpensive, but attractive glasses. I even got to "try them on" before I bought them. Great website, great people, great service and will let anyone and everyone I know to deal with them. I could NOT be happier and will be doing more business with them very soon. Love all the online help with even picking out just the right pair by breaking it down to width etc... LOVE LOVE LOVE This company! Thank you for not breaking our wallets with this recession going on. It's nice to see a company looking out for us "little folks".
