I bought a pair of glasses in June. As I was driving X-country I asked they be shipped July 12. It is now July 28 and no glasses. Moreover their phone line is constantly busy in customer service and no response to 4 emails asking why a tracking number was issued but the glasses were not given to DHL. I cannot comment on the quality of the frames but customer service surely is lacking and rude in as much as no responses to my mail.

Did business with this company for years. Their customer service was never good but the price was right. Last time out they sent me a RA for replacement or repair then never returned my glasses or issued a credit. They have turned into a rip off, best to avoid.

It took 2 MONTHS to get my glasses back (I sent them my frames to get new lenses put in)! The phone # on the site does not work. I did reach them by email, and they gave me a 15% discount. The lenses seem fine, but the 2 month wait was nuts. I won't use them again because of that.

I placed my order Dec 28 to reframe my glasses. The total cost was $75, thanks to a promo code. They said they ship most orders within 10-12 business days. I didn't receive my order until Jan 28. In the process, I called the US number several times but could not get through to anyone. After I sent an email directly to Coco Leni’s website, I heard back about my order. But even then I had to stay on top of them. At one point they said they’d shipped it but when I checked the USPS tracking details my order had not been mailed. While Coco Leni’s advantage is that it is competitively priced, it was the most affordable option I could find to replace my glass lenses, it took considerably longer than expected and left me waiting in the dark. The extra effort it took to find out about my order’s status was a headache and stressful. Maybe they are a new company and going through growing pains. I have no way to know. TBH, my glasses turned out alright. But next time I’ll prob order from Warby Parker.

OMG they're here, my glasses are here. Sent my frames in for lenses 5 weeks ago. Paid $19 extra for DHL shipping because I didn't want to suffer w/ my spares too long. Global Eyeglasses ripped me off by sending USPS. (Update: I was able to get a refund for the DHL shipping w/o any trouble.) After two weeks and reading the reviews here I decided I needed to buy some temporary glasses to use while waiting some indeterminate amount of time for Global Eyeglasses to get off their posteriors. Hello Zenni! Wow, Zenni took exactly 7 days from date of order to arrival (with no shipping up-charge)! My frames eventually came back from Global Eyeglasses with a chip in the paint and were protected by only a minimal amount of bubble wrap. In contrast, my $6.95 Zenni emergency glasses came in a hard case with a micro fiber cloth, a PD measuring ruler, spare screws and a screw driver. Clearly Global Eyeglasses has no interest in repeat business like Zenni does. At least Global Eyeglasses answered my 2 email inquiries. And the prescription was correct so it wasn't all bad.

I usually get new glasses every other year, but my usual place didn't have any new frames that I liked so i decided to try Global because of the different choices they offered. Ordered my frames they took at least 4 weeks before they arrived, which is a very long time I may add. My prescription had changed so I knew my eyes were going to need time to adjust but after about 3 weeks i couldn't stand the throbbing and blurriness that I was experiencing so I went to make sure my lenses were correct. I was told my PD was wrong in both lenses. No big deal I though I would just send them back, get my money back and order from my reliable source. Low and behold they don't offer 100% money back like they claim, they offer 75% money back because you are responsible for their restocking fee!! In a nutshell DON'T order from this company! They are slow to deliver, and thieves. To add insult to injury i was informed they were willing to redo inspection of my PD and if it was off within the allowable tolerance they may not even need a redo!! My vision is not an allowable tolerance, I don't wear glasses for fun, I have a family depending on me to get it right the first time...

I will never shop at this company again. I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses through them and it took over a month to get the pair. Then when they finally came it was the wrong prescription! I sent in the correct one but obviously they did not follow it at all. They also sent me an extra pair of non prescription which was a mistake and told me to return them. They tried to make me pay for shipping with those but I refused. Then when I returned my glasses I received a refund but they charged my initial shipping and also had to pay for the return shipping. I will never shop here again.
