They made many many mistakes and made it difficult to correct them.

Actually placing the order was very simple and I love the prices. (Way cheaper than going to the store!) But I was told it would be up to 14 days until my glasses were here, not until they were made & then another additional two weeks until I got them! I wasn't in a rush to get them luckily, but it would have been nice to know that beforehand. I did have to call to figure out where there were eventually and the woman I talked to was very helpful! Very friendly and gave me the information I needed right away and even a tracking number I was not aware I was getting! With the exception of the time frame, I was pleased.

I ordered my glasses so long ago I don't even remember when. I still haven't received them (maybe they'll be in the mail today). The first time I sent my prescription, they apparently didn't receive it. So after waiting a week, they finally sent me an email requesting the prescription a second time. After sending that again, it took at least another 1-2 weeks for tem to prepare the glasses for shipment. I'm in day 9 of the 7-10 day shipping. Here's hoping next time around things will go more smoothly.

Had a problem with the glass frames it was handled immediately, we got the glasses they are great, and so was the service. Great value!

This is the second time that the picture wasn't the same as the glasses recieved . The last time it took a month and a half to get a refund which didn't cover the shipping. Also one pair was broken when we opened the package.

The quality of the sunglasses is good. Only problem is how long it took to get them.

I got just what I was looking for and the glasses seem pretty nice. I spent $30 and got a new pair because my other ones broke. I would have pent at least $150-200 going to even Sam's Club for a new glasses. The ones I got from Global Eyeglasses seem like pretty good quality, as in they don't feel like they're going to break easily. They fit well and the prescription I asked for dead on. I'll definitely be buying from them again when I need a new pair :).
