GLOBAL EYEGLASSESReviews of globaleyeglasses.com

Great glasses at a great cost. Stylish, sturdy, nice hinges, protective case, and lense cleaner. Could not have asked for more. Thank you global eyeglasses for the opportunity to have these great frames for a reasonable price. I am singing your praises to all my friends and they are amazed.

Ordering glasses from globaleyeglasses.com has literally been the worst purchasing decision that I have ever made- from FALSE information provided on the website, to dealing with customer service, to NEVER even receiving my order. From what I have experienced, I hope no one ever purchases anything from the company ever again, and if you choose to, know that you'll never receive your order. My first problems with the company came through a shipping discrepancy. I'm a traveling professional, so delivery times are important to me. I checked the website thoroughly before deciding to make a purchase. I've ordered from other online companies before and have never had any problems. I noticed a discrepancy between the website and my order confirmation and brought it to the company's attention IMMEDIATELY after receiving my order confirmation. Customer service never even listened or cared about my concern for my order or the integrity of a company that lies to its customers. Customer service never answered my requests via email, nor did I ever get a phone call back after leaving multiple messages. Most importantly, I ordered glasses and NEVER RECEIVED THEM! I asked for a refund and NEVER received that. So now not only does globaleyeglasses.com lie to its customers, but the company also steals their money. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

I was referred to Global wholeheartedly by my Daughter, she has been a happy customer for years now. My first experience was a good one, tons of selections, helpful suggestions, good customer service, great product! Will never go anywhere else!

My shopping experience was great, but I still don't have my glasses. It seems to have taken a long time since the order was complete to have received my order. So far that is my one and only complaint. I don't really understand the process I guess, you would think the order would go out the same day the glasses are complete.

I've purchased many pairs of eyeglasses online for myself and my children (from 39dollarglasses.com) and I've always had my glasses in less than a week. It took nearly 2 weeks for these to arrive and it's nearly 1/2 the distance. That being said, I am very happy with the quality of product, the variety offered, as well as the price I paid. So, apart from the SLOW service, I'm pleased.

The frames are cheap and easy to find for the particular shape of my face. Great service, came on time.

several phone calls to customer service ended without actually speaking to a person. efforts to return the product require a phone call to customer service - where you never actually get to speak to a person. will not use this vendor again.

I ordered 2 pair, where is the 2nd. I received the 1st one a week ago. Please contact me.
