It was very easy to order these glasses. They are perfect and they are progressives with 2 Pd's. I also got transition lenses and very thin lenses' I think 1.67. All for under $300. My optometrist wanted $600! I had no trouble reaching customer service with a question. Good company and I recommend them.

The fact that the website does not work well with the latest IE browser is pretty odd -when checking the frame dimensions on the right side, the info doesn't display - I have to utilize Chrome in order to see the data. Also, the fact that you may change lens sizes (H&W) with rimless frames should be well publicized.

I can see with them OK, but the right lens keeps falling out and they took several weeks to get. Wouldn't use again.

I'm very happy with Global Eyeglasses. I send them my prescription, they promptly send it back to me in the lenses I choose. The cost is very economical compared to purchasing the frames from an optician. The glasses arrive well packaged and in good condition. The only drawback is that the frames are generally more fragile than the (much) more expensive ones I've gotten from local places in the past. I'm satisfied, however, and will continue to order from them.

I was hesitant to order glasses online, especially bifocal, but they arrived today, and I am very satisfied. The glasses fit well and are just what I needed.

My glasses arrived and the prescription seems right but the frames are bent out of shape and I can't seem to get them to sit straight on my nose - they angle to one side. You really need to flag the quality frames. I didn't know I was buying such low quality frames although since they are cheap I knew I wasn't ordering Versace.

My order got stuck in "processing." I wrote customer service several times, given excuses. Called customer service, he promised that the order would be "expedited," plus they would provide expedited shipping at no extra charge. Order was shipped a few days later. Must have shipped via slow mule (actually USPS 1st Class), hardly expedited! Still do not have my glasses, were ordered four weeks ago! Seems odd getting a e-mail asking for a service rating before I recieved my glasses!
