My first order was for myself and no problems whatsoever - I highly recommended Globaleyeglasses to all my family and friends. The second order I placed was for my boyfriend (same address) and everything went smoothly until his glasses came and he cannot even see out of them! They didn't email me to get a copy of his prescription as they did the first time with my order, so I assume his glasses are the prescription of the glasses I ordered previously, even though they are mens glasses and clearly state they are for him. I'm not sure what I am going to do at this point.

First time buying glasses from Global Eyeglasses, found some reviews that weren't raving....I got nervous...but I got my glasses today and I can see!! Checked out some stores that advertise cheap frames: 2pair for.... but by the time you add bifocals, transitionals etc. they are far more expensive and the frames don't have the quality I got from GE. I am very happy with my transitional bifocals and my prescription shades. Already got my second order in and the communication via e-mail has been fast and courtious. I will recommend Global Eyeglasses.

I couldn't ask for better as they were originally going to cost me over $300 and then I found this site! And I got two pairs and saved well over $560 due to getting two pairs. One for every day wear and one sunglasses. They fit perfect and work great! I can see again!!!

The frames were supposed to be dark brown but, they were more like a light brown color. The part of the frame that's already pre-bended to curl around the ear needs to be bent down more so they don't slide off my face.

I ORDERED ONE NOT TO EXPENSIVE JEST TO SEE IF I WILL GET IT ON TIME. AND HOW IS THE QUALITY....I LIKE THE SERVICE,THE GLASS I GOT IT IS TO SMALL FOR ME BUT IT WAS MY FAULT, DID NOT PAY ATTENTION TO SIZE MUCH.NOW I WILL ORDER EXPENSIVE ONE.I RECOMMENDED TO ALL MY FRIENDS.I WILL SAY GO FOR IT.

I was surprised at how good these glasses are for the money, less than 1/3 what they would have cost at a regular store - I have a very difficult progressive prescription. I did have some frustration trying to use the customer service phone number, then gave up and used email instead. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have purchased 5 pairs of glasses from Globaleyeglasses.com over the years. I have a complex prescription and they do a great job of giving me what I need at a price that local optometrists (including Costco) can't even think of matching! I never had a problem until my last order when one of the lenses had an optical defect and needed to be replaced. The punch line is that the return process was easy and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted. The problem is that it took almost 5 weeks to get to this point and communications along the way was not great. If I am honest, I was frustrated in the middle of the process, but at the end of the day I got exactly what I wanted, for probably 80% less... So I am willing to put up with a little frustration along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I bought regular and prescription sunglasses and have received so many compliments. I cannot believe how easy it was to buy them online. YOU guys are fantastic and I will never buy glasses anywhere again! LOVE the Tina Fey glasses, so cute and my retro sunglasses...I just ordered another pair, the Aviator ones, cannot wait to get them! Thanks again and keep up the great work!
