Total scam. Save your time and energy and just order in person somewhere that will use your insurance properly/ensure your prescription is actually on the lenses you ordered.

Best Glasses on Line... or in Person
I can't drive, so I looked on line. You accept Humana, have a great selection of frames [my family likes the Ralph Lauren Polo], and the lenses are a lot better than the ones I got from a retailer a few years ago. And of course the price was great. The paper work enclosed showed the great details you pay attention to!
