The frames are nice, but I paid a good bit of extra $ for premium features. Such as smudge proof lenses. These things smude more than any other pair of glasses I have ever owned. Not to mention came with some sort of extra set outside of the frame? Which in comparing the two pairs, they look, feel, basically the exact same and are the same thickness. I feel like you guys rushed my order because I asked about the expedited shipping fee I also paid for via email. So please contact me about this. ASAP.

Wrong frame made in China not Italy like it shows on your site. Has scratches on the lens I guess thats what it is not sure. Not sure what the lens or cheap plastic looks like something that would come out of Dollar store.

Lenses are perfect, better quality then any place I have had them done. Frames are great. My third year of buying from them. With the anti glare and anti smudge cleaning is a breeze.

Good quality frame and lenses. Order easy to place and the immediate connection to insurer was a plus. A little time taken to fill and deliver order, but no big deal. Will need to adjust frames to insure snug fit on nose, face, etc.

My lenses were installed in reverse. Cannot use my glasses.

I’m very impressed with the company!!! My glasses are perfect!!! And arrived the next day after shipping!!! Will definitely be ordering more!! Highly recommended!!! The only thing I’m confused about is, I chose to use my vision insurance and pay any difference with my Affirm account. But I never saw my insurance listed anywhere on my invoice, It looks like my Affirm account was used for the entire purchase, Thats the only part of this transaction that I wish the company would adjust, but otherwise I’m happy with my glasses!! That’s the only reason I gave a 3, If the company would go back and adjust my order and add my insurance along with my Affirm I would definitely give a 5 star rating. Thanks!!

Love the new glasses! Vision is crystal clear and super sharp - prescription is spot on. Frames were just what I expected and fit and comfort are perfect. Shipping was good (as far as the US mail can be). Great price for a progressive lens package and designer frames! Thank you!
