great ordering and sales experience but no customer service
great ordering and sales experience fast shipping I was excited when I received my new glasses very disappointed in the fit and the fact that they don't have spring hinges. everyone knows that only the cheap glasses dont have the spring hinges. I tried to use the customer service on the site but it was confusing and the live chat was a joke it kept giving error messages. I will email my dissatisfaction.
