Receiving my glasses in a speedy manner was a plus. The frame isn't exactly like the eye doctors office had that I liked but close enough. The price was great and affordable. Did I mention it was easy to order them online with my prescription and very quick and affordable.

Very pleased I was eager to get them. I worried about the color but when I got them, they're just perfect and I couldn't ask for anything any better and I didn't have to pay those high prices that I have to pay at the eye doctor. The only thing is they're a little bit tight in the back of my head back there over my ear so I guess maybe I need to go get them adjusted a little bit but other than that was great thank you

This website is awesome, I love how easy to since my vision insurance, shipping is really quick, and the quality is beyond perfect.

I received the wrong glasses, that I could even look through. Tried to speak to a representative, but took me 6 times in chat, to get to someone. Not satisfied, so I demanded a shipping label to return and get a refund. Then was told it was up to me to contact your company to stop my insurance payment.

Ordering my glasses online was super easy, and I received them quickly. I was able to use my vision insurance so the price was very affordable. My glasses were perfect!

Glasses were received in less than a week. Great quality as always. Glasses fit great especially because glasses.com provides great info on sizing, virtual try on and virtual AI recommendations.

The product was made exactly the way I wanted. It seemed to take forever to deliver, only because I was anxiously waiting on them. But the delivery was not as long as they said it would take. So, plus there. I love all the choices you get with making the pair of glasses the way you want them.

I was very frustrated after not receiving my glasses in time and then receiving the wrong pair. After reaching out, Leann from the customer service team was very responsive and did everything to correct the error. I now have my glasses and am satisfied with the experience.
