Glasses.comReviews of glasses.com

Selection of frames was abundant and easy to select. Requesting prescription lenses was easy to understand and maneuver through the website. Prices were very reasonable and insurance is accepted. Processing and delivery was quick. Definitely recommended and will use this service again.

Quality is great and shipping was quick. Prescription spot on. What I don’t like is that the frames look nothing like the picture or virtual try-on. They are much much darker with no visible confetti colors. I got these thinking they’d be fun and they are very plain. Disappointed.

Glasses arrived faster than expected. Lense prescription feels correct. Quality is as expected. Ordering was easy. Will buy here again.

Very quick service. Ordered online. And the glasses were shipped quickly.

The online experience was easy to navigate. The selection of the choices was easy to understand and implement.

I liked the ease of ordering and applying insurance. Nice selection and great sizing information. Process was fast, I got my new glasses in about a week. I love my new frames, fingers crossed I will see through my new lenses better soon. I know with progressives it can take a day or two.

My just received glasses on a sat today is sunday and theyare not charging back up. I have googled and went through every reset attempt to make them charge. Can you please help??

Website is sketchy. A lot of "bait-and-switch" - 1. Prices of frames show discount but when added to cart, the price is changed. 2. The total amount (for frame &lenses) shown is higher than my calculation. It appears.they apply a near-50% "discount" to my insurance benefits instead of applying the whole benefits amount (not that much to start with)
