How quick and easy the process was.

The online shopping experience was great, particularly in terms of how easy and convenient it was to shop and complete the purchase. I had actually gone into a local optical shop, where I was asking questions and showing them where I had been looking for glasses online. They were impressed as well with how easy the entire online checkout process was for purchasing eyewear. As it turned out, the amber tint worked very well with the frame I selected. I was initially concerned that it might not, but I decided to take a chance—and fortunately, it worked out nicely. It would have been helpful to see what the Transitions lenses would look like with my particular frame and selection before ordering, but again, everything turned out well. I was also a little concerned that the frame might be too large for my face, even though I had tried it on. Let's just say it's "wearing" on me. :-) While unpacking the glasses yesterday, however, I noticed a few issues. There are some slight marks on the outer top portion of the frame on both the left and right sides, as well as on the outer bottom portion of the right side. I can't say for certain whether these occurred during handling or shipping. I also noticed that the lenses do not appear to fit snugly within the frame on either side. Later yesterday, I noticed some slight protrusion along the inside portion of both lenses (the side facing the skin). Specifically, the protrusion is visible at the bottom-right corner of the right lens and the bottom-left corner of the left lens. I plan to call tomorrow to find out how these issues can be addressed. Thank you.

I was able to find the exact pair of frames that I was looking at from another site and not only got them for over $100 less, had them on my face within a week!

The simulator needs improvements i ordered these glasses in hopes it would be accurate unfortunate i now have to send them back because the frames swallow my face

Received my glasses today and they seemed like they were worn by someone else before because they were very wide and stretched out. Sent a message to customer service and they are sending a replacement pair.
