The only point I was disappointed and that will make me never buy again online, is that the color on the website is red, but the color of the glass that just arrived is purple. The color on the website is not accurate. Very disappointed. The delivery was very fast.

I was so excited to receive my new and much needed frames and lenses. I ordered the exact Rx lenses I currently have but when I put them on, my visual field was an absolute blur and no matter how close or far I was from a computer or book I could not see. Sadly, I have to send these back.

The glasses were priced perfect and the prescription was on point! They got it here as they said they would.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE. Customer support is very bad. The workers in lab don't do their work. Don't fall for their shipping date. Thats bogus date they provide. They keep adding 1 or 2 extra days every day when that date is about to reach. Most of it is AI driven , no human in the loop.

This was my first time ordering prescription glasses online so I was a little nervous. The glasses were delivered in less than a week and when I tried them on, they were perfect in every way. No issues with the prescription or the fit. The only thing lacking was the communication from the company. I would have liked a way to check the progress of the order. But that would in no way be a deal breaker. I will order from them again. Their prices are less than my eye doctor's and they work with my eyeMed insurance.
