I accidentally ordered two pair of glasses. I guess both pairs were in my cart. I contacted Customer Support and requested that a pair of glasses be canceled. I was told it was. Now I am built for two pair of glasses.

I was charge for glasses due to my insurance not being applied. After making the company aware they gave a refund or sent an incorrect refund; did not apply 50% off from your company.

Then I spoke with Karen and she addicted me in ordering the frame and non prescription lenses. It was a great experience and my Versace frames arrived and I'm overwhelmed with gratitude with quality and style.
