Glasses.comReviews of glasses.com

This is my first time getting glasses online. I was skeptical at first but when I tried out their augment tryouts via my phone. It did ease me into it. Sure enough my first pair looked great and sealed me into online ordering my pairs for now on.

Excellent glasses are exactly made they way I wanted, bought ladies coach progressive excellent frames

I ordered some frames with my health insurance, but a technical glitch did not allow the order to go through, so glasses.com gave me an extremely steep discount (more off than the insurance was going to give me!). Then, when they came in, the prescription was off. Turns out my eye-doc got it wrong on paper. With an updated prescription, I asked glasses.com to fix it. They took them back, fixed them, and then shipped them out all for free! It wasn't even their fault the glasses were goofed, it was my eye doc's fault. Can't ask for a better experience than that!

Ordered glasses from this website and after telling me they would be ready in 3-5 business days, it’s been three weeks and I still have no glasses. Simple distance vision prescription and they couldn’t get it done. NEVER AGAIN.

The processing takes too long. They typically take 2 weeks which is excessive when it can be done in days at some places. But then they just keep changing the date that they are going to ship them to future dates because they're "behind". No email updating me. The only way I would know is to log in and check the status and live chat to ask what the problem is. It's impossible to get someone on the phone.

Promptness and a wide selection of products

Fit perfect.

I love the quality and fit of the final product. I wish the production process timeline had been shared with me, like other companies often provide. It would be nice to receive a text or email when the glasses went into production, post-production (quality checks), and a tracking number once it shipped.
