Terrible 2 nd time prescription was totally wrong . Sitting on phone trying to correct . Wanting me to keep going to UPS to return! This is not easy for me . I will never order from you again. Never

So far, not impressed. The focus is off when I look at something on my desktop or walking up or down stairs. I also note the prescription I sent in called for an ADD on the OD and OS of 2.75. The paperwork returned with the glasses show an ADD of: RX Ordered: 3.00 & 3.00 plus RX in Lensometer of 2.87 & 2.85. I will go to the nearby TARGET and ask them for help.

Customer service was great! At first my insurance didn’t want to pay for the new glasses. Your customer service helped with the problem and got it all worked out. Thank you! My glasses came quickly after ordering them. This is now the second time I have ordered from you and I would do it again. The glasses came yesterday and they are great!

Glasses.com site is buggy. Some screens don’t accept input. Also when trying to pay it allows Apple Pay but it didn’t work. Then I just entered all my info and then Apple Pay option was available again . That time it worked. That is bad design. Fix your website! Other than that it’s a good value. FYI I design and code sites for a living .
