Service folks are very polite however they have no control over the labs. I ordered the first pair of Oakley Meta glasses in early October, the progressive line was set too high, I was instructed to go get measured, once complete had to send the original pair back and wait another 2 weeks for the replacement pair, those arrived the wrong color, incorrect prescription, that leads us to final pair that were shipped with someone else's prescription entirely... Can't win.. 3 pairs to get it right and now my option is to return the glasses wait for mine and my insurance refund to start all over with a different company. I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years and this is by far the worst experience I have been through...2 month ordeal and still don't have a functioning pair of glasses...
