I love the look and feel of the glasses…
I love the look and feel of the glasses but the prescription was wrong. I uploaded a picture of the prescription but the cyl and sphere got switched. Currently waiting for a response back now. I’m hoping they can fix it since it was a $400 dollar pair of glasses.

Thought I was double charged. When I messaged the customer service, they got back to me within a day and reassured me there wasn't any extra charge. It worked out eventually. Appreciate the prompt reply!

Easy Peasy
Easy! Website was easy to use. The ability to "try on" your glasses via the computer was great. My glasses arrived in just a few days, with regular shipping. Finally, glasses.com interfaced with my vision care plan to confirm coverage.

The order was delayed by at least couple weeks. We had to make tons of calls to keep it going. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience

So close…!
Would’ve been 5 stars had my glasses arrived not covered in dust. It’s the attention to small details that matter. I also noticed the box wasn’t terribly secure in shipping. However, overall, I’m impressed with the quality of the frames and lenses, and ultimately that’s the end goal.
