Glasses are designer without designer price tag. My last pair were $800 from eye doc office 8 yrs ago and they weren’t big name designer. These were $300 for Michael Kors including lenses and I got transition and progressive. Because of my Rx I didn’t expect thin lenses but they were. Highly impressed and pleased ❤️.

I ordered and paid for a pair of glasses that I have still not received. They were expected to arrive within 7–10 days, and it has now been 16 days with no update or delivery. When I called customer service, I was stuck in an automated phone system that only repeated the message that my glasses had shipped. I then tried the chat feature and received the same generic response from an AI chatbot. I requested to speak with a real person and was connected to someone identified as “Ryan Wolfe,” described as a live agent. When I asked for confirmation that I was speaking with a live representative, the response I received was: “I apologize, we do not have the scope not related with our service.” This did not address my concern and did not provide any helpful information about the status of my order.

The glasses I ordered were not the ones that were delivered.

Fast service and great prices

Glasses.com was honestly awesome. The turnaround time from ordering to processing was super fast, and even with standard shipping I couldn’t beat their pricing on Ray-Ban Meta prescription lenses anywhere else. I had to contact customer service about my order number and they were amazing too. Great experience all around. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

While the people I have dealt with have been friendly and nice, the process to get my glasses has been not only an extremely difficult but a never ending process; as at this point I still have yet to receive my correct order. Originally, I was “unable” to add my insurance benefits leading me to pay all costs out of pockets. The customer service rep at the time reassured me I would receive a reimbursement within 10 business days. After the full 10 days, my initial call in led to me speaking with a manager to get that money returned within the hour. She also was very helpful in getting me a return of that order to the correct solid blue lens. She assured me a replacement order would be on it’s way once the order was verified to be shipped. I waited until the my return order was being delivered to once again call and verify my new replacement is on it’s way. To which I was told no order had been filled and the rep would place a new order and have it express shipped. At this point it has been a month of this process and when they finally arrived to my unfortunate surprise, the glasses are not my prescription and I am back at the beginning having to reach out to customer service to finally receive my correct order.

I was skeptical ordering glasses on line having never done it before. Totally satisfied with my glasses and with the price. Have already placed another order..

The product delivered was not the right order, I ordered Sun lenses(Blue) but clear lenses were delivered. The box was also opened from side and the temple covers were also off, which never happened before for my previous meta glasses orders.
