Worst experience! There is no quality control and the return process is a joke! They don’t honor their policy! BUYER BEWARE!!

For the 3rd time in a row (over a 6 month period) they made me glasses with the wrong pupillary distances. I have 2 separate P.D. numbers, one for each eye. There is a place to enter them on the website, both in the saved prescriptions on your account and when you manually enter your prescription during ordering. But neither place actually saves the correct P.D. measurements. I told customer service about this in detail multiple times and was basically blown off. I filed a complaint with the BBB about it including all of the details, what I entered on the website and the lab reports that came with the glasses showing that the incorrect P.D. was used. But they didn't even bother responding to the BBB complaint. So just be aware that if you have different P.D. for each eye, glasses.com will NOT get it right. That also makes me wonder what else they don't get right. Unfortunately they don't seem to care either. Update 3/31/26: I don't need to send another email to glasses.com about this. I already sent multiple emails back in September of 2025. Look up Incident: 250909-005483. I went back and forth with customer service about this back then. And sadly, they refused to acknowledge the problem (mainly because they didn't actually look into it). They just kept telling me the problem didn't exist. Or look into Cincinnati BBB complaint #24136402, which was never responded to. I've given all of the detailed information that shows exactly what is happening multiple times already, only to have it ignored. SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIX THE WEBSITE SO IT SAVES AND USES 2 DIFFERENT PUPILLARY DISTANCES. PLAIN AND SIMPLE. But that won't happen until someone actually looks into it and acknowledges that there is an issue, which will never happen no matter how many emails I send or complaints I make. It hasn't so far. And I've been trying since last September.

I got my glasses yesterday, I can see good, BUT, they put my prescription in THE WRONG FRAMES! I EMAILED THEM IMMEDIATELY, but haven’t got an answer back yet! Maybe I’ll try to call them today.
