purchased a pair of eyeglasses and a pair of sunglasses, both with prescription, a few weeks back and added that expedited shipping to have them available for a trip I was taking. Both pairs came just in time prior to my trip, however both prescriptions were wrong? I immediately called customer service to have new ones made in hopes they too would be here prior to my trip. I was greeted very kindly by customer service and she told me that she would straighten it put right away and that this happens all the time? I thought that was odd but welcomed her prompt help and kindly asked that they be shipped out ASAP. Neither pair made it prior to my trip but that was just bad luck, I thought? I have since returned from my trip and have received both “new” pairs. Well now I know what she meant by it happens all the time. The eyeglasses are correct, however the sunglasses are still the wrong prescription?!?!?! At this point I am not confident in your ability to replace them with the correct ones again. Hard to imagine you pay the kind of money it costs for these Costa prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses and they come in wrong not once , but twice. Mistakes happen, however this seems all too common, and now I am still without glasses and sunglasses after waiting twice for them to arrive.

The process was easy. I did wish I had had more frames to choose from but I'm happy with the ones I did choose. My glasses got here a week before the estimated due date. I'm very happy with them.

The variety of options and the final quality of the product are amazing. My only issue was the wait time for my glasses, especially since I didn't receive an email explaining the delay
