"Chat Help" Rita is a TREASURE!! What a wonderful spokesperson for Givebutter! You're lucky to have her, as she is amazingly patient, understanding, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We just began with Givebutter and I ran into a bit of trouble establishing myself properly as a user on our ministry's account. Rita's warm personality and patience helped to make the process of getting me squared away a pleasure. As a new Givebutter account, we are already impressed with your "help" feature/folks. Thank you, Rita!!!

Givebutter is a great platform for our nonprofit, and their customer service / support / chat options are wonderful - quick to respond and help with issues. Platform is very user-friendly for our organization and people who launch fundraising campaigns - big fan!

Be very careful using this service
Be very careful using this service. They have a "tip" Givebutter feature where you're not donating to your cause, you're giving Givebutter money. If you hate tipping culture already, this is a new level. Please be aware of this practice. I personally will never use or donate using this service ever again.

Just to clarify, the tip you saw at checkout is completely optional and helps keep our platform free for the thousands of nonprofits that use Givebutter. Donors can always opt out by selecting “Other” and entering $0. We understand this might not have been super clear, and we really appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We're always working to make the donor experience better, and feedback like yours is incredibly helpful in guiding those improvements. While I’m sorry to hear you won’t be using Givebutter again, I truly appreciate your honesty and your generosity in supporting such meaningful causes.
