Best Customer Service EVER
I have NEVER had an issue with the Givebutter customer service. Just ended my chat with Meg and had all my issues resolved although to be fair it was my error in setting up a campaign. You can't say that about many organisations but GB's customer service is one of if not the best I have ever experienced.

Working on the Holiday
Working on the Holiday! Givebutter has to be one of the most responsive and available platforms out there. Help was even available today - Labor Day! Highly recommend

They Make You Feel Safe
They were on top of my account because of the time in between creating my account and connecting a payment payout method. It makes me feel like the website is safe and being monitored 24/7.
