Julius was very helpful and professional. He offered alot of information for what i needed for my project. He did a great job and asked if there was anything else he could help with and he was just a click away if I needed more help. Great job Julius! Rhonda Shelton Tall Oaks Coaching, Edmond, OK

When I first signed up with Givebutter I couldn't believe how amazing they were to work with and just how fast and easy it was to convert over to their system and begin bringing in donations. Now that I've been using it for almost a year - I truly cannot say enough good things about Givebutter! If you are with a small yet mighty nonprofit like I am - it is a game changer. So much time given back to us by how simple and user friendly every step is from initial campaign setup to financial tracking to the integrated CRM of Givebutter Plus. We've consolidated 3 separate softwares that were previously used into the Givebutter system and the workflow automations help make sure that our donors receive the gratitude we feel while preserving our limited time. Beyond the many integrated functions and free templates - all of which actually work and are not buggy like some others out there...the Givebutter support team cannot be beat! Every time I have had a question - minor to complicated - I'm able to resolve quickly and completely using either the online chat (it's a real person) or by calling (wait time of seconds)...and if they are not able to resolve immediately and need to look into a question further, they stay in contact via the chat providing updates on the wait so you don't feel like you've been sent into a customer service black hole of uncertainty. That level of high-quality customer service is rare these days and in my opinion, Givebutter is currently setting the standard.

Givebutter is a great tool with excellent support

Givebutter has completely changed the way we approach fundraising. The platform is intuitive, modern, and incredibly easy for both our team and our donors to use. Setting up campaigns, managing events, collecting donations, and communicating with supporters is seamless, even for organizations without a dedicated IT staff. One of the things I appreciate most is that Givebutter continues to innovate with new features while keeping the user experience simple and accessible. The built-in donor management tools, peer-to-peer fundraising, text-to-donate, event ticketing, and integrations eliminate the need for multiple software platforms, saving both time and money. Customer support has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping nonprofits succeed. The platform's transparent pricing model and donor-friendly experience have helped increase both participation and recurring giving. For nonprofits of any size—from grassroots organizations to established charities—I highly recommend Givebutter. It has become an essential part of our fundraising strategy, and I wouldn't hesitate to give it a well-earned 5 out of 5 stars.

Support was personable, fast, and successfully addressed my request.

I created a campaign for my son's special needs school and they suspended my account because they said it was an individual account even though the fundraiser was for his special needs school. I will never suggest them to ANY charity. I had to recreate new flyers.

Easy to use, quick response

I ordered a few card readers and realized they never showed up even 2 weeks later. I contacted customer support and received delivery details that didn't make sense. Customer service was extremely helpful in getting this resolved quickly including shipping out new card readers. I received the package in time for the big event I needed them for!
