I just wish to say a big thank you to Michelle and all the girls for what turned out to be a doozy of a delivery, the service was beyond amazing...and the communication and follow up the best i've ever had. With a long distance relationship, you can only rely on online services to deliver your gifts to your loved ones. And GiftBasketsOverseas never failed to get it done. Despite my order was late, and there was no guarantee that it can be delivered on time, specially it was a sunday, they still delivered it without fail. After few weeks seeking for a company that offers international gifts delivery, I was discouraged because none fo them were able to ensure proper delivery and in a timely manner in Mali. They are very reliable. The receiver's got my package in time and it was fresh and good material quality. The customer support is excelent they called me on phone for additional info what i forgot to write when i placed my order. So they are serious and observant. 5 STARS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Terrible experience, if I could give no stars - I would ! Costumer service is awful. I ordered gift basket to be delivered on Monday they still don't know where basket is. Start to think that this company is a big scam. Avoid this company,very unprofessional..
