Gift Baskets OverseasReviews of giftbasketsoverseas.com

One of the gift baskets that I ordered to be delivered had not arrived and I was concerned that the courier could not find the address! I engaged the live chat on their website and talked with a wonderful customer service rep who checked and rechecked as we were chatting and gave the courier an alternative address to deliver to. I felt very comfortable that the basket would arrive and indeed it did within a couple of hours of my original inquiry. I would not hesitate again in ordering through this site! Thank you Gift baskets Overseas. Com!

If you have to send a gift overseas, don't hesitate to use this company! I needed to send a number of client gifts to several countries, and there was a lot of pressure to make sure everything went perfectly, and GBO made it happen! Kudos to the gift consultants who are extremely professional and responsive. I was truly impressed with their service!

What a fantastic company to deal with. Prompt delivery and they kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone in Australia who needs to send gifts OS. Well done! 👏👏👏👏

I chose to use this site because of the reviews. When choosing a date to be delivered, i chose the same date knowing that they wouldnt be able to do it. I just wanted it delivered asap. After placing the order, i immediately received and email stating that unusual delivery areas, i should expect 4-5 business days and asked if they could call to communicate and specify. Even though they quoted 4-5 business days, my fiance received the gift only 5 hours later! Im very impressed and happy with this company. I wont go anywhere else to send gifts.

I had put a comment on a delivery possibility modification, I have gotten a very good feedback from the company person and she was even able to get an update done so my friend did receive his gift better than on time. I really appreciated the quick follow up and turn over they did to accomodate. Thanks for a great service André on an order shipped to South western Germany.

Wonderful experience placing orders with Gift Basket Overseas. The variety of items available is amazing and the Norton Shopping Guarantee you provide at no cost is greatly appreciated. It helps ease the fear of online shopping. I'm so glad I discovered your website and will definitely keep returning.

Every step of the way Giftbasketsoverseas keeps you informed on the status of your order at every stage and with their winning communication you just can't go wrong placing an order with complete trust in knowing that your wonderful gift will be delivered on time.

I have sent a gift basket several times. I have sent all sorts of items which were available. If you order food items and flowers they will come in separate deliveries probably and will be wonderful presentations. I have had such fine quality with every order. Patricia , Tampa Florida
