Gift Baskets OverseasReviews of giftbasketsoverseas.com

I am so impressed with the basket that I sent to my husband! I ordered one that had a small plant, a bottle of wine and a chocolate bar for his birthday and the plant they sent was a huge 3 stem orchid in fantastic shape! The basket was 95 bucks and that orchid alone would sell for 75-100 USD at any florist, here in the US. So I basically ended up saving some money, also. This company also has fantastic customer service. They are courteous, helpful and very professional. I highly recommend them!

GiftBaskets is one of the most promising online gifting sites I've come across. They indeed care about the satisfaction of their customers. Special thanks to them for functioning with so many options even during this pandemic. The best thing about them is that they give frequent updates regarding the progress of your order over mail, so rest assured that your order will be delivered safely and on time. I'd personally recommend to try out items from their cookies' section.

Ребята ...Огромное спасибо, вы просто Супер. Вы учли все пожелания моего индивидуального заказа. Цветы обалденные и вино французкое, какое я просил доставить...Ну нет слов......Вы просто супер....Вы лучшие!!!

I was very pleased with this service and recommend it. The recipient in Israel was thrilled with the fruit basket. She also received the gift card with it. (an earlier experience sending a gift basket to Israel with another company, the gift card was not included and the recipient had no idea of the sender). Also pleased with the ease of communication with the company and their follow up to verify receipt of the gift.

Very very disappointed !! I'm not a person who usually order online gifts but becoz of this covid i had no option and my experience was not so good . It was my first birthday gift to my husband after we get married. I try to make it special so send 3 bottles of whiskey and basket flowers and chocolate as they prefer me 20% off after ordering USD346 and paid USD59.96 for flower and chocolates. I had experience of bad delivery, whiskey on one location and the chocolate in other address, time and date was different. Receiver had problem managing time to pick up the parcel at two different address. I'm happy with bottle of whiskey I order but the flower give me the feeling of fraud. it was tiny small packet and the flower was almost dead 6pcs roses wrapped not so good. I was expecting atleast decent chocolate and prettily packed flowers on USD59.96. I hope the quality and the delivery management will improved. this is just my personal experience sharing with you because I didn't see no write department to share my experience then here . I want to post a picture to for your reference but I didn't see where shall I post it ? For more info I can provide my Order number:1598772756, Sender name : Heather Clarke ( send through my friend's name becks it was surprise gift) Send from: Hong Kong to Germany Deliver date : 18th Sep 20209 ( which was not organised properly) Grand total bill:440.91USD After my above complain Giftbasketoverseas team really try hard to fix what has happen , sending roses, chocolate and bottle of whiskey. Thank you so much for reading my review and putting your effort. appreciated

It's not the first time I use gift baskets to send gifts to my fiancée in Russia. And they have delivered well every time! Now I see they have some "experience gift certificates" which I think is a nice idea to gift instead of the same old chocolate boxes every time. Good ideas, good communications, service and delivery. Will probably use again.

Sensational service and so easy to get the job done. So much better than putting a gift together and sending from Australia. Our recipients were delighted.

My client loved the gift! They couldn't send the alcohol to India, so instead they replaced the item with a beautiful cake. It was delivered in a timely manner as well, and support is amazing!
